Warranty & Repairs

Our Commitment to Craftsmanship

Our pieces are made from the finest materials and individually inspected to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. We stand behind every piece we sell.

Warranty Coverage

Signitas will repair or replace any defect in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery—free of charge—for up to one year from the delivery date.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

•              Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or patina from use

•              Hand-applied finishes (such as black antique detailing), which are expected to change over time

•              Damage caused by misuse, accidents, chemicals, or improper care

•              Alterations or repairs by third parties not authorized in writing by Signitas

Note: Third-party alterations may prevent us from properly evaluating the condition of your piece and could render it ineligible for warranty coverage.

Repairs & Restoration

We’re happy to assess and restore your jewelry at any time. For non-warranty issues (including antique finish touch-ups, polishing, or reshaping), a fee may apply. You may also request to restore the ring with or without the antique finish.

Turnaround times vary, but most repairs take 2–4 weeks. If a piece needs to be remade, additional time will be required. Expedited service may be available on request.
