Shipping Information

Standard manufacturing time for our custom-made School and Bespoke rings is 6 to 8 weeks, and for other custom School and Bespoke jewelry items it is typically 2 to 4 weeks.  For Fine Jewelry orders, please allow 3-4 business days for items to be shipped from the date of order.  

We usually ship domestically via UPS. We offer fully-insured mail within the United States for $15 per order for items less than $150 and $25 per order for items $150 and above.  An adult signature is required for insured shipping. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes. For all domestic deliveries, please allow at least 3-5 additional business days after manufacturing for standard shipping. 

Orders with a delivery address outside of the United States are shipped via USPS for $85. Delivery times may vary depending on the country. You may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance when your order package arrives in the destination country.

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped and you will be able to see the order status when you log in to our website. For a more precise estimate of your order’s delivery date, or to request a tracking number, please contact us at info@signitas.com or (800) 643-3776.

Return Policy

Signitas stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products. As our School and Bespoke rings and jewelry are custom made in-house to your personal specifications, we are not able to offer refunds, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Signitas School or Bespoke ring or jewelry, and you contact us in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt, we will offer you an exchange for the same item or a full credit towards another Signitas item, subject to the terms below.

Fine Jewelry items made be returned for an exchange, credit or refund if you contact Signitas in writing to info@signitas.com within three (3) business days of receipt.

All items that are returned for exchange, credit or refund must be returned to Signitas in their original condition, unworn and undamaged as determined in Signitas’ reasonable discretion. Verification of proof of purchase is required before any item may be returned. When you return any item that has been sized or personalized, a $75 restocking fee will be deducted from the exchange, credit or refund as it has been custom-made for you.  For exchanges from one Dimension to another, for example, from a Medium to Large, there may be additional charges.  Please confirm total charges with the Signitas representative. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable. Other special orders are non-refundable. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to process the return once it at arrives at Signitas.
