Shipping Information
Standard manufacturing time for our custom-made School and Bespoke rings is 6 to 8 weeks, and for other custom School and Bespoke jewelry items it is typically 2 to 4 weeks.
We usually ship domestically via UPS. We offer fully-insured mail within the United States for $24 flat rate for order totals less than $250, $34 flat rate for order totals less than $1,000, and $44 flat rate for orders greater than $1,000. An adult signature is required for insured shipping. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes. For all domestic deliveries, please allow at least 3-5 additional business days after manufacturing for standard shipping.
Orders with a delivery address outside of the United States are shipped via USPS for $89. Delivery times may vary depending on the country. You may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance when your order package arrives in the destination country.

Return & Exchange Policy
Signitas proudly stands behind the quality, craftsmanship, and integrity of every piece we produce.
Because Signitas School rings, Bespoke rings, and personalized jewelry are custom made in-house to each client’s specifications, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a credit-based exchange, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Credit Exchange
If you contact Signitas in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt, we will issue a merchandise credit (excluding shipping, handling, and sales tax) toward another Signitas item of equal or greater value, provided that:
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, as determined solely by Signitas
- The item has not been altered, engraved beyond the original order, or damaged after delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
Signitas reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
In the event the exchange is for an item of lesser value, the credit balance may be applied to other items, but such credit balance is not refundable.
Restocking Fees
All custom-made, sized, engraved, or personalized items are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the issued credit to reflect the custom labor and production costs incurred.
Current restocking fees are:
- $125 for custom-made silver items
- $185 for custom-made gold items
Restocking fees are non-waivable.
Pricing & Metal Market Adjustments
Credits are applied to the current retail price of the replacement item at the time the exchange is processed. Because precious-metal prices, labor costs, and product pricing may change, Signitas cannot guarantee price parity with the original purchase. Any difference in price must be paid at the time of exchange.
Clients are encouraged to confirm final pricing with a Signitas representative before authorizing an exchange.
Shipping & Insurance
Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking. Signitas is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and strongly recommends insured shipment.
Manufacturing Defects
If an item is determined by Signitas to have a manufacturing defect, Signitas will, at its discretion, repair or remake the item at no charge. This does not apply to normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or size changes requested after delivery.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items showing wear, alteration, or damage
- Special-order or limited-edition pieces explicitly marked as final sale
