Can I make a change to my order after it is placed?
You can make changes to your School Jewelry and Bespoke Jewelry order at no charge for up to five (5) days after you place your order with us. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 643-3776 as soon as possible. As all of our School and Bespoke products are custom made to your specifications, if you need to make a change after five (5) days from the order date and before you receive your item, we will try to accommodate you but depending on the nature of the change, there may be a fee.
Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
You can cancel your order within three (3) days of the date of order and receive a full refund less credit card processing fees. After three (3) days, cancellations will be subject to a fee of $75 for sterling silver rings and $125 for gold rings, in each case, in addition to applicable credit card processing fees.
My ring does not fit me. Can I get it resized?
We will resize your Signitas Class Ring or Bespoke ring up or down one size for free if you return it to us within 30 days of the date it was received by you. After 30 days and for resizings of more than one size, we will resize your ring for a small fee. Please contact us at email@example.com or (800) 643-3776 for a cost estimate and details on how to ship to us. You may also bring your Class Ring to one of our representatives during a scheduled campus sales event. Please note that ring resizing typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.
My ring is damaged. Can you fix it for me?
At any time, we will repair or replace any defect in materials or workmanship of any Signitas manufactured product for free. For other repairs or restoration, a fee may apply. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 643-3776 for instructions on how to ship your ring to us for assessment.
I lost my Signitas ring. Can I get a replacement?
If I have a 10K or 14K Signitas Class Ring or Bespoke Ring, can I trade it in for a higher karat gold ring?
Yes. We offer a special upgrade option when changing a Class Ring or Bespoke Ring to a higher karat gold. The cost will be the then current price difference between the two rings plus a $75 remake fee. Please email us at email@example.com or call us at (800) 643-3776 with your request.
I just placed my order. When should I expect my Class Ring or Bespoke Ring to arrive?
Please allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for your Class Ring or Bespoke Ring to be custom-made and shipped. Other School and Bespoke Jewelry items typically take between 2 and 4 weeks to be shipped. For Fine Jewelry orders, please allow 3-4 business days items to be shipped.
You will get an email notification when your order is shipped, and you will be able to see your order’s status when you log in to our website. For a more precise estimate of your order’s date of delivery or to request a tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 643-3776.
Can I get my order delivered without a signature required?
Because signature is always required, if no one will be at your home address during business hours to sign for the package, we suggest having the package delivered to a business address. If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery or need to make other delivery arrangements or to change your address before we ship your order, please contact us at email@example.com or (800) 643-3776 and a member of our team will assist you.
Can you make a Class Ring for me if my school is not on your website?
Can you make a Class Ring or jewelry for me with my own design?
Yes! We can engrave virtually any custom design. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 643-3776 with your request. We will need high resolution artwork of your design. Our team will work with you to produce a rendering before engraving your ring or jewelry. Please see our Bespoke Jewelry section for family crest and monogram options.
