PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
- Provide customer service;
- For warranty and repair coverage purposes;
- For administrative and accounting purposes; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

LOCATIONS; CONSENT TO DATA TRANSFERS TO THE UNITED STATES
Signitas is based in the United States. The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. We make no claims that the Site or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your sole risk and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
When you access this Site, you understand and acknowledge that we may transfer, process, and store information about you in the United States and other countries, both within and outside of the European Economic Area. By providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer to, and to the processing and storage of your information in, countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws that are not as protective as those in the country in which you are located.
DATA PROTECTION FOR INDIVIDUALS BASED IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the following additional information is relevant to you. You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Additionally, if you are located in the EEA, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the Site), to comply with our legal obligations, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above, including without limitation operating, evaluating and improving our business, for internal administrative purposes, customer service or direct marketing. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. In general, we will store your personal information as long as the information is necessary for the purposes for which we collected it. If you become a customer of Signitas, you may be eligible for certain benefits, including, but not limited to, our product warranty. If you decide to take advantage of these benefits, we will keep your information until you ask us to remove your personal information from our records. Once your personal information has been removed from our records, it will not be possible to warranty, upgrade, clean, repair, or resize any product that you have purchased with us.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access and disclosure. It is important that you understand, however, that no commerce solution, website, application, database or system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of any of your Personal Information, or the security of our databases or the databases of the third parties with which we may share such information, and your use of the Site indicates that you are willing to assume these risks.
