Shipping Information

Standard delivery time for our products is typically 4 to 7 weeks. We ship domestically via UPS. We offer fully-insured 2-day mail within the United States for $15 per order.  An adult signature is required to release the package. If you placed your order through our website, you will receive an email when your order ships, however, you may also check the status of your order by visiting the Check Order Status section of our website.

Orders with a delivery address outside of the United States are shipped via USPS for $75, and typically take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. You may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance when your order package arrives in the destination country.

Returning an Item

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your class ring or jewelry order and you qualify for the 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee, please call (800) 643-3776 or email info@signitas.com to have one of our representatives assist you.

When you return a class ring, there is a $50 restocking fee because it is custom-made. Jewelry with personalized engraving is also subject to the same restocking fee.  Returned items must be in original condition and unused.  

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable. Custom orders are non-refundable, but we will do our best to accommodate you to ensure your satisfaction.  At any time, Signitas will repair, refinish or resize your class ring or jewelry for a small fee.
